Practical answers about ordering, ear scans, how our products work, delivery, and what to expect if something is not right.

  • For your first order, please provide ear impressions or an in-ear 3D scan. You may send impressions for a complimentary 3D scan, or an existing custom-molded product instead. In-ear scans start at 375 SEK in Jönköping; other cities are served through 3DScanVisit™. Clubs, companies, and other larger groups are welcome to book on-site scanning, please contact us for a quote.

  • We focus on the BSE-10 and custom-molded tips for your own In-Ear headphones and headsets, and we are not a general headphone retailer. Thank you for your understanding.

  • In most cases, yes, including many brands and models, especially if the device originally included standard tip sizes (XS–XL). If we do not yet have measurements for your model, please send your headphones to us for 20% off the earplugs; we will return them with your order. Kindly request a discount code before ordering. One pair per offer; with several pairs, the discount applies to the most expensive pair. Cannot be combined with other offers.

  • On Superior and Superior PRO earplugs, an extra damping channel opens into the main sound channel. You fit small tubes or, on PRO, music filters, and damping depends on hole size or filter type. To change parts, gently push them out through the sound channel (for example with a toothpick). More damping usually gives fuller bass.

  • The sound channel is shaped in CAD before molding so it follows your ear and stays as wide as possible (Superior and Superior PRO), giving a thin, flexible tube for comfort and clear sound. In traditional production, channels are often drilled by hand after molding.

  • Delivery is usually within about 10 working days, and many orders ship in roughly 3–4 working days. Please allow 1–2 extra days for postage. Classic handmade production elsewhere often takes several weeks.

  • Under EU law, custom-molded goods are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. We offer a 30-day fit guarantee with up to three adjustments, please see our Guarantee page. Non-custom items are covered by our 30-day open purchase policy.
